Looking for female/male working professional person for 3B 21/2B townhome which is located in The Colony and 2 mins to Grandscape, Nebraska furniture mart. First preference will be female .Every room is completely furnished and comes with in house washer, dryer and refrigerator. Must be dog friendly person as I have a dog. Rent would be $1000(includes internet and trash pick up) + electricity and water (based on usage) will be equally split. It’s two garage townhouse and in drive way two more cars can be accommodated easily. House is exactly as shown in below pictures. Deposit will be one month and common areas are also furnished. Looking for two roommates and game room, two bedrooms will be upstairs as well.. Rooms will be available from May 1st, 2023.
