Hi I am in search of an independent house or an apartment to settle down with a roommate. I am from Assam and have been living in Chennai from past 10 years. i have been staying in independent room with attached toilet cum bathroom with independent kitchen with another roommate. Unfortunately I have to leave the house and make another arrangement on a short notice. So looking for a property around Abhiramapuram, Alwarpet, Royalpettah, Adyar, Beasant Nagar, Nungambakkam, Thirunveyur or other posh localities which are nearby to Alwarpet or Express Avenue as I work at Express Avenue. I dont like PG's and crowded sharing accommodation. Hence looking for 1 or 2 roommates to settle with in a 2 bhk apartment or independent house and share security and rent.
