Tram stop at just one minute walk and 5 mins drive to the city. Terms and Condition are as follows: Accommodation will be provided for at least 1 month. You have to provide 15 days notice before you leave the house. You have to give 15 days rent as security deposit which is refundable if you fulfil the notice period condition.
