I am looking for 1 room mate at koregaon park extension near Bamboos farm house.
1. only one room mate required
2. security total =10 thousand to be shared
3. rent 8 thousand , to be shared
4. Military area so no drinks, gals, or any nuisance is allowed as landlord himself lives downstairs.
5. I am preparing for CAt so sincerely needs some one who lets me study according to my own timings.
6 TV , inverter, cable, geyser, chairs, single beds( no mattress) are provided by landlord.
7. please note that bike is a must at this area as buses are not frequent.
8. not more than 2 people are allowed by landlord.">
