We are (2 persons) staying at a rented 2 BHK apartment in VinayakNagar
near MurugeshPalya near former Kemp Fort.This place is 4kms from
Koramangla,6 kms from MG Road,9 kms from ITPL and all facilities are
nearby. Apartment is fully furnished (TV,Fridge,Microwave), 24 hours
running water hot/cold and we also have a full time caretaker taking
care of cooking,washing,press,cleaning utensils,cleaning and mopping.
The expense of 8500 p.m. is inclusive of house rent,caretaker''s
monthly charges,grocery expenditure and all other bills
(electricity,maintenance,milk). Prices can be driven down more if you
move in with another roommate.">
