The condo was built in 2007, so it''s fairly new and in a very nice area close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to freeways. You will have access to the pool, clubhouse and fitness center. The condo has three levels; first (main) floor, second floor and basement. As you walk in the front door (main floor), there is the living room and kitchen, this is the common area that we share. The kitchen has all appliances including microwave with a large refrigerator for your use. In the living room are the stairs that go up to the second floor, which has a hallway with two closets and the bedroom (there are also two closets in the bedroom). The bathroom has an entry door for the bedroom and another door for the hallway. The entire second level, hallway closets, bedroom and bathroom are available to you. From the kitchen are stairs that go down to the finished basement where my room is with a half bath (toilet and sink). I use the bathroom in the basement, but will need to use the shower in the bathroom on the second floor (which has an entry door from the hall, so you still maintain your privacy). The washer and dryer are also located in the basement for your use. The rent is $350.00 a month plus 1/2 utilities with a $200.00 deposit on a month to month lease.
