We are in search of a roommate for our 4 BHK brand new apartment. We are 2 guys of South Indian backgrounds, working for a large Indian firm staying in a posh apartment having the following facilities: 3+1 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, individual balconies, 100% power backup and covered car parking with 24X7 security. Other apartment complex facilities include sparkling new swimming pool, well equipped gymnasium, tennis & badminton courts and pool table.
We are paying a rent of Rs 6000/- per head including building maintenance charges and excluding electricity charges (which are extremely nominal considering Gurgaon’s electricity situation). Our apartment also includes free common facilities such as ready to use Broadband connection & DTH connection and a washing machine. Our kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities (refrigerator, gas, stove, utensils). We also share a cook cum maid to maintain our apartment (expenses additional).
We prefer a person who is working at corporate, non-smoker and a social drinker. Brokers kindly refrain from calling us.">
