I work in a software company, I am currently sharing the room with a UT female student(Indian).I will be leaving to India , and I need a replacement for myself.Here is some more info about the apartment. It is in west campus of UT and is very close to University and is along bus lines/ut shuttles (stops right outside the apartment complex) as well. It is a large 1 bedroom /1 bathroom apartment at 530 sq ft, with a closet. It is however not furnished.The kitchen & the bathroom will be shared. Im told that the management insists the new occupant sign a lease & you might be expected to pay a $250 refundable deposit. The rent (including utilities-trash/electricity/water & wifi) will be around $465/per head. it comes with one parking spot which is yours. It is a nice & peaceful environment.
