Double room available in a semi-detached house in an excellent area of Leeds We have a double bedroom available to rent in a well-presented semi-detached house which is in an affluent area of Leeds, Alwoodley It would be sharing with an Indian professional couple with their four year old daughter. The house briefly comprises: Entrance porch, entrance hallway, lounge open plan to the dining room, modern fitted kitchen, three bedroom and a bathroom. The house has a nice front and back yard and car parking for 2 cars in front of house in the drive way.House has good access to local transport networks and amenities. It is 20 minutes by bus/car from the City centre and has excellent bus frequencyand search for route 7/7A). Tesco and Sainsbury supermarkets are walking distance from the house. We are looking for a female studying for her Masters or working. We are a vegetarian family and prefer a vegetarian to share the house with us.
