I have a 2 room apartment in Brooklyn near Maimonides Medical Center. One of the rooms is available for rent. There is detached bathroom which will be shared by me and the roommate. The apartment is 5-8 min walk from Maimonides Medical Center. it is close to D, N, Q and W subway services. I am a physician and work long hours at the hospital so will not be home most of the time. We can share the groceries and do them separately. The rent is $1100/month which includes utilities (electricity, garbage disposal, wifi, water and gas) needs to be paid before 5th of every month. There is free o...ff street parking and a laundry unit in the building.Looking for a clean, non-smoking friendly female from India who is able to pay her rent on time and also able to take care of herself. Cleanliness is of utmost importance.Picture is few weeks old but the room is very nice and clean.
