Hello! I am posting this ad to help my boyfriend rent out his room. My boyfriend is currently looking for someone to take over the lease to his bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment for a ***short term lease of less than 2 months***. We are looking for someone to move in as early as February 15th. He lives in the Camden Old Creek Apartments between the border of San Marcos and inland Carlsbad. It is the master bedroom with a private bathroom, a walk-in closet and another small closet. The room is bright, and airy with a fan. The apartment community offers a gym as well as a huge pool. There isn't assigned parking but plenty of parking within the complex. Being a guest, I have hardly ever had an issue finding parking! A washer and dryer is located within the apartment as well. Cable is also included with the rent. The apartment would be shared with a single male in one room and a family of 3 in the other. Since I am there basically every other weekend, I can attest to the fact that everyone pretty much keeps to themselves, they are not party animals whatsoever and pretty much do their own thing. I am trying to help my boyfriend find someone so he can move in with me, which is the whole reason for helping him put up this ad. If any questions feel free to email me!
