Gorgeous 2 bedroom unit in Caulfield south.- Sharing with 22 yr old female professional.- House will be fully furnished apart from the available bedroom. Rent per week is including water bill. Internet, electricity and gas bills ar not included in the rent- 5 walk to Bus stop and 10 min walk to tramStop- Rent for house is $380.00 a week, so $185.00 each. Currently we are three people in the house but the other two are moving out in jan 3rd week. I have resigned a 12 month lease in july 2017 so lease ends in july 2018 so needing a lovely housemate to share it with me.
