Hello, I am Dr. Mastan Shaik from Hyderabad, India. I am holding Permanent Resident Visa, got a job in a pharma company (located in Hamilton) as Scientist and planning to move to Brisbane along with my wife around 5th Jan 2020. Professionally, am a Doctorate having 13 years of experience in pharmaceutical research. Personally, I am a non-smoker, non-alcoholic, non-vegetarian and friendly in nature. Currently, I am looking for a peaceful shared/rented room (1 BHK) for long term stay with some basic amenities (bed, personal bathroom, kitchen, and internet), near to public transport, the affordable maximum monthly price would be around AUD 800 (including all bills).We would keep the rented room/flat as our own home with proper maintenance and cleaning.Thank you for your time and help!
