This is a one bedroom apartment. I am looking for two people to join. If you have a car, joining the lease will be required. The rent will be $400 each if there are 3 of us, else $600 (preference is to have 3). Water, trash, electricity, internet and cable bills will get split equally. There is a bed in the bedroom but you will need a mattress. If you do not have a car and don't want to join the lease, a non refundable joining fee of $100 is required. No smoking. Alcohol is ok as long as there is no noise / fights.
