Hello, I am currently renting a one bed room apartment near shopping area (HEB is nearby) on East Slaughter Lane, Austin. 2nd floor, washer/dryer included. I only use this apartment to meet my employers requirement of remotely working within 75 mile radius of San Antonio. So, I work 2-3 days a week from 8:00 am cst to about 5:30 pm cst. Won't stay overnight. I can give full bedroom for you to stay and I can have my desk, 2 monitors and a chair on the corner of living room. Good for 1 additional occupant. Gated, well maintained apartment (not a new building). Need to go through credit and background check of the apartment leasing office + sign the lease agreement as well. All inclusive $750 pm. High speed internet already there. My leave expires on 06/09/2023. Can extend the lease if I have a good occupant and you like it.
