Hello,This is a 2 BHK in the tyvola center apartments. My friend is leaving back to India, hence 1 bedroom with attached bathroom will be free from the first week of Dec 2020. This community is a good place to stay, pretty near to walmart, costco, gas stations, tennis courts, reniassance park, etc. There is a bus stop just outside the community if you need it.We cook most of the days at home, play tennis in the evenings. The rent is $1209. Adding the utilities like water, etc it could be $1240 or so. So it turns up around $610 to $620 if 2 of us stay.It's a pleasant place to stay, especially during this pandemic time. The community has many Indian families staying here.Please let me know if you would be interested to move in here.Regards,Shyam
