About us - We are a working Maharashtrian couple originally from Mumbai in our early 30's . We live in the main house . The room advertised is a separate guest house at the back of the main house and hence separate from the main building as seen in the picture . There is a separate back door entrance to access the fully furnished guest house with a private Bathroom and Toilet. The main house can be accessed by the tenant for Kitchen and Laundry services in the evening hours after 6 pm . Utility services like gas , water , Internet and electricity are included in the rent. No Pets allowed on the property. Cooking of beef and pork on the premises is not permissible . There is a 24* 7 Woolworth's (Grocery shopping) just around the corner. Cafes , Chemist and a gymnasium are only a 10 min walk away.
