Hi I am the owner and a professional working full time. I am offering a private room with private bathroom in a secured apartment with 2 lifts with walking distance to Strathfield train station, Strathfield plaza shopping centre, ALDI , prominent gym and bakehouse quarter. I am looking for a friendly and mature female housemate who will maintain the room and apartment well . The rent is AUD 415 per week all inclusive bills and internet included as well. The apartment and the room is fully furnished . You don’t even have to bring any utensils as it is fully equipped. Bedroom is equipped with mirrored wardrobe, office chair and L shaped work desk, bed and mattress inclusive. Washing machine is also available.Apartment is on level 6 with intercom and fully secured. Commute to city is only 15 minutes. Apartment is located in the heart of Strathfield thus making it easily accessible to public transport, shops etc.. No visitors and no smoking allowed within the apartment. Prefer a housemate who will maintain a peaceful decorum.
