***Please Note the room is available in Walpole, MA.***Looking for a professional person to rent an individual room with private bathroom (not attached). I will be the only other roommate in my own room and bathroom. Rent includes Wifi, laundry (in unit), parking, sewer, trash, landscaping and Netflix. We both will be equally responsible for other utilities like electric, heat, water. Common areas like kitchen and living will be furnished. There is a walkout basement as well for any storage and entertainment stuff. Convenient to Rt 1, I95, commuter rail, center of Walpole and around the corner from the Walpole Town Forest for nice walks, jogs or bike rides.Need one month's deposit, rent before the start of every month and one month's notice to terminate. The person should be professional, responsible and keeps things clean and organized. I am single professional male in 30s working in downtown Boston, very friendly no attitude guy and hope you be too.
