Hi,1 bedroom is available starting June in a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse (+ backyard) for rent. The house is about 10 miles from GT and located near the intersection of Clairmont road and Buford highway. Its a nice and safe community with usual amenities such as tennis court, gym, pool, etc. Additional details on the community can be obtained from their website The house is well furnished with couple of couches, tv, washer, dryer, fridge, fridge, oven, etc. The rent will be $400 excluding utilities. The house is currently occupied by 3 guys who are doing their PhD in chemical engineering at GT. One guy is about to graduate and his room is available starting June 1.
