Two rooms have attached bathroom and the 3rd room has a separate bathroom.Ø Three balconies. Master bedroom has a balcony attached, one balcony is attached to the hall and we have made the 3rd balcony as a utility area.Ø Proper ventilation in all the rooms. Total sq ft area of the flat is 1800.Ø Good wooden work done in all the roomsØ Parking space is available for 2,4 wheeler.Ø Very close proximity to various super markets and Bellandur Central mall.
