Looking for two male flatmates to occupy two available bedrooms in a serene four-bedroom duplex apartment overlooking the old airport runway. Each bedroom comes with a balcony. This is in a gated community (Rohan Jharokha II) and comes with all the usual amenities. Rent plus maintenance per person comes to approximately ₹15,000/- per month. Other living costs are shared among the tenants. Looking for employed gentlemen from good backgrounds who will treat the place as home and not a party zone. We have two gentlemen currently occupying the apartment and have never caused anyone any trouble. Those with a penchant for loud music and wild partying ways please excuse.
