We are looking for a female roommate for 3 and a half months during the summer. The vacancy begins May 15, 2017, and ends August 31, 2017. The apartment has three rooms and two bathrooms. You will be sharing the hallway bathroom with one other female tenant. Rent is $904 monthly not including Wifi, Water, and Electricity. These together are approximate $60 extra monthly.
The apartment has an ocean view from the patio door. It is 10 minutes walking distance from the T- Redline and 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. Also about a 15 minute walk from UMASS.
