I am looking forward to share the apartment with three other non-alcoholic, non-smoking and clean male room-mates. Thus it will be four individuals including me who are going to rent the apartment. Rent will be around 400/month/head. The apartment is just minutes away from major groceries such as shaws, whole foods etc, major pharmacies such as CVS, walgreens etc and also form the Prudential center. It''s an ideal location for students at Northeastern and the Longwood Medical Area and also for those working in downtown Boston. The lease is going to be valid for one year and am thus looking for individulas with a long term commitment. I have not yet rented the apartment but shall do so only if I find the other three room-mates. Each of the four individuals including me will have have to first pay the deposit of $ 1600 before signing the lease for one year. The deposit is 4 times the rent for the apartment i.e. 1600*4= 6400 and includes first and last month''s rent, security deposit and broker fee and all these four things are equal to $ 1600 respectively.">
