One room available with mirrored wardrobe. I'm a stay at home mum with 2yr old son. My brother also lives with us. We are a very decent family, no drinking, smoking, etc allowed. Brand new 4bed 2 bath house. You will need to share bathroom. We are only looking for a female roommate. House in redbank plains in newer area. Rent is $400/month. Monthly internet $30. Elect bill to be shared amongst all home members quarterly which is usually around $80/month. You need to cook your own meals.
