Ours is a 2 bedroom house. One of the rooms is available for rent (5 weeks) as current person living in would be on travel out of New Zealand. Amenities include:1. One queen size bed2. Cupboard3. Fully equipped kitchenAn existing flatmate in another room. We are looking for a female flatmate to live in for those 5 weeks.Rent is 150$ per week. Other expenses would include Electricity and wifi. Would come around $170 per week for those 5 weeks.
