We are looking for 2 female roommates between the ages of 26 and 35 to come live with us in our beautiful home! We are both females, ages 28 and 32, are Christians and share a house within a short walking distance from Wash Park, DU, The Old Gaylord Strip, Library, Light Rail Station, Starbucks, and more. 2 rooms will be available September 1st, however, 1 room may be available earlier if need be. Rent will either be month to month or a 6 month lease, depending on what the Landlord requires.
We would like 2 mature, respectful, female roommates who are easy going, laid back, and can maintain an environment of peace and consideration for others. We are pretty low key and not real interested in huge parties or lots of people shuffling through the house. Smaller BBQ''s are great, as we definitely love interacting with people...just not loud and obnoxious, constant, raging parties, drugs, drunkenness, wild and crazy, etc... We have a fantastic back yard/patio area and share a 2 car garage with quite a bit of storage space.
We love international travel and other cultures, so we would really like someone International to live with us. One of us is from America, the other is from Mexico. We would really love to have someone from India live with us. Perfect for International students at DU!! I have been to Mexico, Peru, and I work with tribal villages in NE India.
