Hello,I am looking for clean, honest and responsible MALE roommates to share my home thatis fully furnished. The rooms rent for $800 and includes utilities, cable, internet and maidservice in the common areas. All rooms are furnished too, or I can move items out if youwould prefer your own furniture. Most important to me is that we be a good match. (I'vewritten a little about myself and how I am looking for roommates who share a desire for aclean, fun and friendly home environment with mutual respect for others and each person'sthings.) The interior of the home was remodeled and friends -- especially women, havealways been impressed that guys live here ... it has wood floors, nice art, and looks likea real home -- plus all the roommates work to be sure it stays clean in-between maid visits.? One Room Available -- Immediate Occupancy, or November 1st• Rent $800• Rent Includes ALL Utilities• Rent Includes Comcast Infinity Cable and WIFI Internet• Rent Includes Maid Service in Common Areas / Bathrooms / Laundry Room• Rent Includes Landscaping and Yard Services• Rent Includes Household Expenses (Charmin TP, Laundry Soap, Bleach, Cleaning Supplies)• Full Kitchen: 2 Refrigerators, Microwave, Dishes, Pots, Utensils, Dishwasher (Soap Provided) ETC.• Living Room: Leather Loveseats, Chair and TV with Cable, VHS and a "Revolving DVD Library"• One Year or Eight Month Lease Available November 01, with Opportunity to Renew with Month to Month or Yearly Lease• Two Baths, Plus Laundry Room ... with New Washer and Dryer (Soap, Bleach Provided)• Wood Floors Upstairs and Carpet / Tile Downstairs• Only Three to Five Minutes to Downtown Denver (2.8 miles)• One Block To Bus Stop and Three to Six Blocks to the Light Rail Line• Three Blocks to Sloans LakeWHO I AM: I thought I was pretty open to a lot of things when I first began looking for aroommate, but perhaps I am not as open as I thought. I am pretty laid back at home andlove a wide assortment of sports, activities, FOOD, and discussions, etc. I can respect andbe compassionate in regard to people's individual peculiarities and struggles ... yet I thinka good match for a roommate would be someone who is a nonsmoker, CLEAN, HONEST,RESPONSIBLE, and who seeks God in one form or another. I don't care in what way youdo this -- for me, I am Christian and actively pursuing God, conversion and mature faith asa practicing Catholic. As such, I would probably not be a good match for someone whoactively pursues a lifestyle using PORN, DRUGS -- which includes medical or recreationalmarijuana ... and or someone who would expect to spend the night with their girlfriend.CLEANLINESS: I would prefer to find roommates who share the belief that it's unacceptablefor your FOOD or dishes to begin to form mold -- OR get tangled in your dirty socks, ANDby that I mean ... it's unacceptable for that to happen in EITHER your bedroom OR in thekitchen sink. : ) Seriously, that was a roommate of mine a few years back, God love him.(I lived with him for 3 years in my house, until just before he moved out after his wedding.)RESPONSIBLE / FRIENDLY: Ultimately, the men that move in here are friendly guyswith common sense -- and are reasonably open to others, while trying their best to follow thegolden rule. I am a normal guy that's not perfect, but I do pull my own weight and live up tomy responsibilities. This is a living situation that requires the same. I have had a pretty activeschedule, but I like to hang out with whoever is around to watch a movie (butter or kettlepopcorn), and your always welcome to join me with other friends to go skiing, do dinner, ordo other outdoor stuff when possible. Please call (720.620.8572) or email with any questions, but either way be sure to leave aphone or cell number so I can reach you quickly. I will try my best to give you a call within24 hours. (clean.honest.friendly.home gmail com) Thanks.Peace,Jeff720.620.8572TO ANSWER OTHER COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS:We are centrally located and close to great public transportationhere -- a block and a half for a mainline bus or and just down thehill and three blocks over for light rail. We also have conservationnature areas and bike trails, again just down the hill.A total of five guys live here, but all are professional, clean, responsible, honest and friendly. The truth is, more often than notyou come home and it seems you have the house to yourself.(Either because everyone is working or has activities outside thehouse. Or Phil, for example, who works for Apple doing iPhoneapps, often travels for conferences -- as he has been in Germanyfor the last three weeks, or he often stays at a home he owns inColorado Springs.)That being said, we have also been the kind of guys in the housethat are friendly, and will often join someone already watchingsomething on TV -- or join them hanging out on the front porch. We are often likely to invite other guys along when hanging outwith our own friends. Or we ourselves sometimes go out to eat, watch movies and hiked together. (We also meant to ski togetherlast season, but it just didn't happen ... but this year we are ALLplanning to go together at least once.) Would love it if our newroommate would join us. I was a former ski instructor and willhappily be teaching one of the guys the basics who has only beenonce before, but with no instruction, so of course it wasn't too fun.The guys here October 1st will be: Nick, 30, who just finishedlaw school in Michigan, and started his job at the Federal centerdowntown a few weeks ago working as a patient attorney. He is apracticing Catholic and likes to work out and play ultimate Frisbee.Sanjeev is 26 and just got his Masters in Wyoming. He arrived inDenver to work at an investment firm downtown in May. He wasraised Hindu, but is currently an agnostic. I have only lived withthe guy a little while now, but besides noticing that he is REALLYfunny, I keep finding myself thinking that this really is a good manand that he is just, um ... SO cool. PLUS, the guy can cook. Everytime we have had a "movie night" and do the potluck thing, we areall astounded by his dishes. (Despite the stiff competition ANDbeing vegetarian, they are always voted as the hands down favorite.)Lastly, Stefan is 33 and just finished Harvard Law School. He grewup in Oregon, was active in ROTC and an officer in the US Army.He now works as a legal clerk for a Federal Judge downtown. Heis a nondenominational Christian and was an active leader in hischurch while in college. He has only been here since August buthas already climbed five or six fourteens now? Sanjeev has joinedhim once or twice too, but the big deal here is the coming ski season.Stefan got the Epic Local Pass -- while I plan to get one ski passor another by Monday. (Stefan is also leading the charge to polishour VERY rusty tennis skills -- so the more to join us, the merrier! We will no doubt, have some very mean games going here soon.)If after reading ALL this -- and the ad, you believe this may be ahome that would suit you, Please call, email or text. I'm happy toanswer any questions you may have, and would like to follow upwith a few questions of my own.If the logistics are all good at that point -- and you're okay withmeeting, I'd prefer you to just see the place and meet in person. After the short tour, if you still have an interest in moving forward,we can -- depending on your schedule, sit down, hangout, andfigure out the rest. Thanks!Peace,Jeff Richmond
