Hi,I have a one bed room apartment. I am renting the LIVING room for rent. The house is just 7 to 10 MINS walk to FREMONT BART station. There are lots of Indian groceries around. Its a lively safe place. 1. The apartment has no BED BUGS, no Roaches.2. Its a clean and neat apartment with washer and dryer in the unit.3. You pay for the utilities.4. I am not a drinker or a smoker. I Dont want people who smoke and drink in the house.5. The person needs to be clean and shouldn't bring any bed bugs. 6. The place is secured and very safe.
