A 2 BHK flat near MG road metro station (8-10min. walking distance) wanted a roommate as 4 were living together but now one of them is shifting to Nodia. So need a roommate. Details are as follows1) It’s a 2 BHK flat with having each room attached bathroom.2) All furniture good like Cooler, Fridge, geezer, utensils etc. are already there.3) Roommate must be non-smoker.4) Maid is there for cooking food & Servant for cleaning.5) All persons have their own keys, so no issue of timings.6)One month advance as security & rent also goes in advance.
Semi Furnished
