Fully furnished 1200 sqft 3 BHK flat at Lord's more Lake Gardens AC in all the 3 bedrooms as well as the hall 2 bathrooms & 1 kitchen 3 rooms are occupied by 3 people currently I am moving out by the end of this month & another roommate would move out by the end of June Both of us are switching to jobs in other locations Thus out of the 3 rooms one room would be available from June and the other one would be available from July Total rent of the flat is 20000 INR Additionally maid charges electricity wifi etc are to be paid each month The total cost is divided equally between the 3 tenants On an average per head cost comes to around 8-8 5k INR per month South City mall is a 5 minute walk from the flat Also it takes around 10 minutes to reach the nearest metro station (Rabindra Sarobar) from the flat Since it is located on the main road all kinds of transport (bus auto cab ola uber etc ) are available readily at any time of the day Lastly I have been staying in this flat for more than a year now & my stay here has been great Hope you make a smart choice :)
