The location of this flat is near technolpolis, Unitech, DLF,SDF,colege mod,Webel which makes it convenient for traveling if you are working in any of these places and so.8000 for 2 BHK is genuine rent(4000 per head for two people). Electricity bill is nearly around thousand per month, Maid for kitchen cleaning and house cleaning takes 800 Rupees. Net connection is also available through LAN, if there is a WiFi connection available with you then internet rent is 800 per month. If you can adjust two people in a room the also you are welcome. :). But rent will be divided by 3 to be very clear. One bed is available. Fridge is available(rent- 500 per month). The below rent is including house rent, fridge, electricity,maid and internet per head.
