I have a single room with attachd bathroom available for rent in a 2Bed 2Bath apt complex.The apt includes in-unit washer dryer, microwave, dishwasher. Heating and AC is included in the rent. Electricity, internet and water/sewer bill has to paid separately (approx 50-60$ per head if 2 ppl). Parking is available at extra 105$/month. Other amenities - gym, swimming pool, sauna are free.The apartment is located very close to Malden t-station (2 mins walk, no need for bus or car), direct access to Boston downtown. Grocery stores are about 10 min walk from the apartment. I am looking for a friendly, responsible, neat and clean roommate(s) (preferably non-vegetarian), should contribute equally towards common responsibilities such as cleaning common areas and trash removal.
