Myself and husband, plus small dog do live here, also. the rent includes the bills, but it does not include the phone or internet. For an extra charge, emails are okay, or you can get your own phone line, etc.
We would very much enjoy meeting Indian females. The minimum stay here is 6 months and we do all share in keeping the home clean. There is public transport for the city close by to the home, etc.">
