HiThe place that will be rented out is the kitchen area good for 1 person.A young kid lives there but will move out tonight or tomorrow morning.The place is enough for a single bed. plus you can keep some of your personal stuff .Not as small as you think but then again not as big as one might think.My room is beside this place.There is a bathroom with a tub which will be shared by me and you.I will use the kitchen only 10 mins in a whole day so you have the place by yourself.Monthly rent is 330.no smoking inside the house but u can smoke outside.no pets or party girls or boys.No drugs nothing illegal wanted here.The area is Flushing very near to queens college.Never worry about crime.Nice neighborhood with plenty of trees and also some squirrels.Supermarket couple of minutes walk from home.Also laundry right by supermarket.Q44 Q20 bus less than 1 minute from house.About 10-15 mins to 7 train.If u go the other way its also 10-15 mins to E and F train About half an hour to manhattan.All utilities included.If you want wireless internet it is 17 dollarswho am I looking for?I dont care u are a guy or a girl or heck an alien from Jupiter or a talking cat like Garfield I am looking for someone who is quiet like me .Basically no party girls or party boys.Student or working person is what I am looking for.I am looking to share the rent of my place with a good person.Who am I?Good ? since u might wanna know about the person who you will be living with.I am still young but since I will be old in another 20 years I am working very hard on my bachelors degree.Also I am waiting to get transfered from the army reserves to the army national guard.Served 2 tours overseas in the sandbox so was unable to complete college.Now I am posting my pic just for fun to see who you will talking to when u call me if u are interested to take a look at my place.I will rent it out to the person who comes in first and pays me.My name is Mickey.Ok bye and back to more studiesMickey
