Very peaceful, quiet neighborhood with lakes and a park within walking distance. Perfect to go for walks/cycling/running. Very spacious 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom house. Looking for responsible, considerate roommates. There is a separate living room, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms upstairs and I am looking to rent out the entire upstairs floor to a family for $2000 a month or to individuals for $650 a month for each room (shared bathroom and includes utilities). Very spacious backyard, 2 living rooms downstairs, big kitchen, laundry room upstairs. Your total cost will be the $2000 rent plus a fraction (depending on how many ever people will be in the house) of all utilities/internet. $1000 deposit will be returned if there are no damages and 30 day notice is given before you move out. If you are renting one individual room, your total cost will be $650 a month including utilities and $350 deposit which will be returned if there are no damages and 30 day notice is given before moving out.
