This apartment block is right next to Rockdale Plaza so shopping is not a concern.It's on Princes Highway, the bus stop is close to the building and it takes me 10mins to walk to the nearest train station (Rockdale) so transport is not a concern. The carspace provided to the apartment is being used by me but street parking is not usually difficult to find if you've got a car.The apartment complex comes with a gym, swimming pool, sauna, squash court, tennis court, table-tennis tables and bbq facilities so entertainment is not a concern. The coast (Brighton Le Sands) isn't too far either. Airport is about 15mins drive away.About the room: Plenty of space, has a mirrored BIW and a mattress. Direct access to the balcony. My bathroom is ensuite and so the other bathroom is yours. The rest of the house if fully furnished. I've got a TV with Netflix subscription. There's a fridge, microwave, dining set and sofa set.About your flatmate: I'm a doctor, currently doing research. Friendly and respectful. I do have friends over occasionally and don't mind if you do. I intend on staying in this property till at least Jan 2019.Rent: The rent is A$290 per week and includes all bills (Electricity, Gas, Internet). The internet provider I am with provides unlimited internet via FTTB and there's no issue with it's speed. If you're a couple, the rent is $360 instead. The rent is to be paid fortnightly and 2 weeks in advance. An additional deposit of A$1000 will need to be made prior to moving in. This willl be returned to you when you leave provided the property is left in the same condition as it was when you moved in. 2 weeks notice needs to be given if you decide to vacate.
