Hello! I am subletting my room within a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the Dallas Love Field/Medical Center area. I am only listing 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom for rent. This is a very new building with marble counters, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer in unit. I am moving because of my job hence want to sublet it. The apartment is beautiful and am looking for a quiet roommate. In the other room there is one roommate who is an Indian male medical student so we're looking for a quiet tenant for room #2. Please note that he also has a dog, but she is very gentle so must be comfortable with a pet. The room is fairly large (11'6'' x 12'8'') and easily fits desk/bed/with plenty of room to spare. Bathroom has a full bath with 2 master sinks, standing shower and toilet. The closet is also huge. The unit will come unfurnished, but the common area furniture is provided (TV and couch and coffee table/bar stools). Tenant is responsible for their half of internet/utilities/water. There is also gated parking with on-site security, pool, fitness center.
