Hi, I am an IT Professional, recently finished post graduation and currently working with Marks & Spencer. I am looking for a room from 1st of January onwards to move into. I have seen your advert which I am interested in. I am looking forward to viewing the room as soon as possible and finalize on my accommodation if possible. I am currently searching for my field job, so I am not sure how long would I be in the flat/room if I rent it, but at least for a couple of months or more and I would be sure to give a notice minimum one month in advance, if I get an IT job in another city, which would require me to relocate. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker and professional person, who is calm and peaceful when home, generally working on my computer. If you would be interested in renting your room as advertised, PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, SINCE I WANT TO FIX MY ACCOMMODATION AT THE EARLIEST.
