Female Housemates ONLY.Single Room required.I can bring my own furniture (if required) as well as kitchen equipment, appliances etc. My budget is between 5k to 7k (not including Utilities, maid, etc)I do not mind sharing a room but would prefer if a single room were available for rent.I cannot apply for PG accommodation as my job hours do not allow for me reaching back before normal hostel hours.I am a quiet person who spends my waking hours reading.I do not smoke or consume alcoholic beverages.
