My roommate and I are looking for a female roommate for our 3 BHK apartment in Brookline. Apartment is in front of T station (green line) and walking distance to Trader Joes, Stop and Shop, Walgreens, etc. easy commute to almost everywhere and 15 minutes walk from Northeastern University.Lease is for one year. One shared bathroom for the apartment, Laundry is in the building. No Pets. Heat, Electricity and internet is not included. Security deposit of $783 needed when signing the leaseMy roommate and I are working professionals, we work around Boston area. We are friendly and career oriented. We expect our new roommate to be clean and tidy.
