I would need the room from september mid onwards, willing to pay rent for extra 15 days to block the room, if required.The room should prefereably have an attached bathroom .The rent should cover electricity , heating & water charges and ishould also include access to facilities like the kitchen/fidge /gas stove and washing machine etc.The building should be close to the subway station/s and or bus stops.
