Hey, I have a beautiful 2 bed 2 baths available at The Gardens at Easton apartment with 6 months lease already signed off till August 2021. You will have a separate room and bathroom. Rent will be 520$ which does not include utilities (usually around 155$ for internet and electricity). This needs to be paid at the end of every month. As per facilities within the community, we have 24/7 gym and free parking spots. Giant eagle is right across the road and is less than 5mins of walk from emery club way. Downtown is 15 mins by car/30 minutes by bus with a frequency every 15mins. Easton town center is just 10 mins by bus and there are many decent Indian restaurants around that place.
