Living room available for cheap pricePlease read the entire description b4 txting.My friend and I (both indians) are renting the living room in 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Burbank, Glendale or Pasadena area. We dont have the apartment yet. But we have found, viewed and applied to a couple of different apartments in these areas.We would be out entire weekdays. We want to have someone who is responsible, ready to sign a 1 yr lease, clean, steady source of income and who does not smoke to take the living room. We will try our max to give you privacy. We will buy curtains to separate the common area from your area and we can negotiate the rent to some extent as well, it depends on the leasing office.The kitchen does not have a refrigeratorWe r very friendly and have no problem if u have any overnight guests as long as they don't disturb the rest of us.Pets are not allowed.
